This free 30-minute call gives us a chance to learn more about your business, your goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll walk through your challenges, explore possible solutions, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. By the end of the call, you’ll have clarity on the next steps—whether that’s moving forward with a service package or exploring another direction.
Cancellation Policy
1. Free Consultation Your discovery call is completely free and designed to help us understand your needs, answer questions, and determine whether our services are a good fit. No obligations or commitments are required. 2. One Call Per Client Each new client is eligible for one free discovery call. Additional calls or extended consultations may require a paid session. 3. Call Duration Discovery calls are limited to 30 minutes. This ensures a focused conversation and allows us to respect everyone's schedules. 4. No Work Performed During the Call Discovery calls are for exploration and planning only. No detailed strategizing, audits, or implementation work will be completed during this call. These services are available through paid packages. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule or cancel their call up to 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in not being able to book another free call. 6. Preparedness Clients should arrive on time and be ready to discuss their goals, needs, and any specific questions. A late arrival may shorten the total call time. 7. Communication Method Calls are hosted via your chosen method (Google Meet or Phone). A confirmation email with details will be sent after booking. 8. Fit Assessment This call is an opportunity for both of us to determine compatibility. If it isn’t a good fit, we may provide referrals or alternative recommendations.
